As a material undergoes testing, or is “pulled”, it reveals its strength and elongation from which the yield, ultimate strengths and percentage elongation are determined.

Tensile testing is carried out in accordance with ASTM E8/E8M -13a. If you require tensile testing to an alternative standard, simply let us know and we will find a way to accommodate your needs.
